HOW MUCH IS P&P?
There is no separate charge for postage within the UK. Items will be packaged in either a padded envelope or box and posted 1st class via Royal Mail.
ARE ALLÂ ITEMS WASHABLE?
Most items are machine washable. Individual washing instructions are listed in the product descriptions but I would always recommend washing wool items in a laundry bag or pillow case.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
I am only able to dedicate my evenings and weekends to Juniper Craft. If you email me during a weekday please be patient, I will get back to you as soon as I can.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
I aim to pack and post all items within 3-5 working days of receiving payment for orders. I will email you when your order is on it's way.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
No. I work from home in Portsmouth and sell my products online (this website only) and at local craft stalls when possible.
DO YOU MAKE ITEMS TO ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I am not able to make bespoke items at the moment. I may expand the website in the future - watch this space!
