When you browse or place an order with Junipercraft.co.uk you are agreeing to the following T&Cs.

Delivery & returns - The cost of postage and packaging (within the UK only) is included in the price of the items listed on the shop pages of this website. Orders will be packaged and posted via Royal Mail within 3 - 5 days of receiving payment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email junipercraft@gmail.com to discuss a refund. The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer, with the exception of faulty items.

Payment terms - This website is SSL/TLS secure. All debit/credit cards are accepted and payments are taken via SumUp. There is a £10 minimum spend per order.

Privacy notice - Names, addresses and contact details will be collected for the purpose of fulfilling online orders. This information will never be passed onto third parties.

Cancellation rights - Customers have the right to return products up to 14 days from when the products are received. Customers must email junipercraft@gmail.com within 14 days and have another 14 days to return the items in perfect condition for a full refund.

Products - All the items for sale on this website have been handmade and therefore may have slight variations. Each item on the shop pages has a product information section which gives details of the materials used and also the approximate dimensions. Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products for sale. Juniper Craft cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
There are many people making similar products but the items on this website cannot be found on any other sites.
